Hi Guys!,

I keep getting this error in my log (runnig both 5.1.x and 5.2.x):

2013-07-31 14:30:53.557 [ConnectionOpenThread] BoshIOService.() WARNING: Problem reading client access policy file: etc/client-access-policy.xml

java.io.FileNotFoundException: etc/client-access-policy.xml (No such file or directory)

When I rename cross-domain-policy.xml to client-access-policy.xml, the log shuts up. Is it the correct file (just renamed)? or have a file been obmitted?

-Cheers!

/Steffen

client-access-policy.xml and cross-domain-policy.xml are different files and work for different standards. Therefore you cannot use one in place of another. It will not work. If the file is missing for some reason on your installation, please download a file from our source code repository: https://projects.tigase.org/projects/tigase-server/repository/revisions/master/show/etc

Hi,

Ok, thanks for the reply.

I've downloaded it directly from your download area (5.2 - beta2 and the files is not with in the tar ball (https://projects.tigase.org/attachments/download/988/tigase-server-5.2.0-beta2-b3223.tar.gz).

I think you need to repack it.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Distribution packaging configuration was updated to include missing files.
