Hi,

I am testing out your ACS clustering strategy

--sm-cluster-strategy-class=tigase.cluster.strategy.OnlineUsersCachingStrategy

It have been working fine for a month or more.

But yesterday and today I've had a problem when using the ACS clustering strategy. When it goes out to your servers and upload the statistics i fails:

2014-07-15 10:28:20.979 [Timer-0]          StatisticsUploader$1.run()         SEVERE:   exception uploading statistics
java.net.ConnectException: Opkobling n<C3><A6>gtet

2014-07-15 10:28:20.979 [Timer-0] StatisticsUploader$1.run() FINE: could not upload statistics data, queuing for retry, attempt 9 out of 10
2014-07-15 10:28:20.980 [Timer-0]          StatisticsUploader.a()             FINEST:   queuing data for upload = <signature ver="1"><timestamp>1405407500928</times

Hence after 10 times of failing, it shuts down. Is something down in your backend?

/Steffen

Thank you for letting us know, we are looking into it and will let you know when we have some update.

Thanks Artur.. I hope you will get it up and running soon, because I should do some load test this week.

Otherwise I'll use the default strategy first, and then try out the ACS later on, when your servers are up and are able to be pinged.

Apparently it is working correctly. Maybe you have some firewall or other blocking set? The ACS attempts to connect to the following address: http://stats.tigase.org:8080

It seems like some one in this company corporation have blocked some out going connections and packets. So yes it looks like it a FW thing. :-/

Thanks for your answers Artur!
