The Tigase server is not the only piece of code we work on. We also spend a lot of time on development of our new client side library temporarily called JaXMPP2. This is a universal library which allows you to develop XMPP clients on different platforms.
This includes web clients (GWT), stand-alone Java clients, mobile clients for Android platform and... I don't know, we will see.
We have a few demos already. Most of them are web clients. There is one I would like to recommend to you in particular. If you come to the Tigase website, you can find it on the right hand side of the front page. This is a small MUC client which automatically connects to our Tigase room: You do not need an account, just provide a nick name and press enter.
We, Tigase folks, are usually connected to the room, so feel free to ask questions if you have any related to the Tigase project. We are busy working on the code but will try to help you out.
