Trac accounts problems
We had problems with a hard drive which ran out of space on the server which runs SVN, Trac and actually all other services.
If you had an account on any of our project trackers you may experience problems with logging in. Your account hasn't been removed. A file with password has been broken and unfortunately this particular file wasn't in the backup.
So please, if you have problems with logging in to the any of the project trackers please select option to reset your password: "Forgot your password?", enter your account detail and an e-mail with the new password will be sent.
You can then login to the project tracker and navigate to "Preferences" then "Account" tab to change the password.
In case of any problems please do not hesitate to contact me with your account name and project tracker link.
