Debugging MUC in Eclipse

I am setting up Eclipse to do development and testing of new MUC functionality. I have imported the Server, MUC, and PubSub projects and they build fine. I am fairly new to Eclipse. What is the best setup for debugging MUC?

Just start debuging Tigase (class tigase.server.XMPPServer) with program argument --property-file

My problem is a little more involved than that. I finally figured out how to get the Server to use the tigase-muc-2.3.0-SNAPSHOT.jar that is in the tigase-muc project instead of expecting the tigase-muc.jar to be in the "jars" directory. And I got Eclipse to find the right source for the jar when it hit a breakpoint. The last issue I'm facing is how to get Eclipse to build the MUC and PubSub projects when it runs/debugs the Server project. I have to manually re-build those. I put the 2 projects in the Java Build Path for the Server but that didn't do it.
