isPublicLoggingEnabled()

Hi

I switched to using the dev. branch of MUC and can no longer get MUC logging to work. When creating a new room the option is just not there.

I traced it down to MucDAO creating a RoomConfig with its second argument (publicLoggingAvailable) being the value retrieved from mucConfig.isPublicLoggingEnabled().

The mucConfig object is from MUCComponent$MucContextImpl and its implementation of isPublicLoggingEnabled() is this:

return MUCComponent.this.publicLoggingEnabled;

That member is never initialized or set in MUCComponent.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I tried simply initializing publicLoggingEnabled to true and then the logging option appeared.
