Description

Each instance of IoT Framework should be able to work with a few connected devices and it should be possible to remotely add/remove and reconfigure devices.

During implementation of this feature (which was rather simple), I've encountered a few issues related to change a list of active devices which lead to a race conditions in code created for previous version of IoT framework, which forced me to deal with this issues by reimplementing part related to creation and remove of a PubSub nodes as devices are created/destroyed.
