Description

Following timestamp 2018-08-27T15:24:02.21Z which is valid according to the specification causes an exception during parsing.

This "new" format of the timestamp is a result of the changes on the server side, but it is allowed ([.sss] part may contain of an undefined number of digits as XEP states).

I've fixed the issue with timestamp parsing.

Bartosz, please check if you agree with this fix and if so, then close this issue.
